BY BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT, YOU AGREE TO OUR SALON POLICIES.
CANCELLATIONS:
We understand that emergencies happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. For same-day bookings, please notify us at least 3 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of an appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to compensate for the stylist’s time. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
LATE ARRIVAL:
To respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, depending on availability.
SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS:
We want you to love your hair! If you have any concerns, please let us know within 3 days of your appointment, and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
